Return & Refund Policy – Purelyn Organics

At Purelyn Organics, we are committed to delivering pure, fresh, and high-quality organic products including Mustard Oil, Olive Oil, and Desi Ghee. Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Item received is damaged or leaking
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Product expired upon delivery
✅ Packaging tampered or defective

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Proof (photo/video) is required

We cannot accept returns for:
❌ Opened or used products
❌ Change of mind
❌ Taste preferences
❌ Orders stored improperly after delivery


Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Amount will be refunded via original payment method or bank transfer

  • In case of COD orders, bank details will be required

If replacement stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately

  2. Share order number + photos/videos

  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
